**Job** **Responsibilities** : (**Must have**) • Oversee end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with P2P (Procure to Pay), AL (Account Ledger), GL (General Ledger), and OTC (Order to Cash) teams to ensure seamless operations. • Manage a team of 50+ FTEs, ensuring effective team handling and performance management. • Act as the primary point of contact for client handling and stakeholder management. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. • Implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies. • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Address and resolve any operational issues or escalations promptly. **Job** **Responsibilities** : **(Desired)** - Experience in managing finance and accounting operations in a BPO setting. - Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements. **Criteria** : **(Must have)** (Max 4 pointers) • 10-12 years of experience in F&A Operations. • Experience in managing teams of 15-20+ FTEs. • Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in R2R, P2P, AL, GL, and OTC processes. **Criteria** : **(Desired)** (Max 2 pointers) • Experience in a non-voice BPO environment. • Familiarity with UK shifts and time zones. **Shifts timings: US** Shift **(5:00pm to 3:00am)** **Week** **Off :** Sat - Sun **Transport :** Yes
