The Manager will oversee daily operations related to life insurance sales, customer service, and policy administration within the assigned branch or territory. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the sales team, driving business growth across protection, child education, retirement, savings, investment, and health plans, and ensuring high standards of customer experience. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare regular reports, and engage in local market development activities to strengthen the company’s presence. **Qualifications** - Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising sales or operations staff. - Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client trust. - Business development and sales planning capabilities, with proficiency in setting targets, tracking performance, and identifying growth opportunities. - Operational and administrative skills, including process oversight, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. - Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data, preparing reports, and making informed decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers. - Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Solan and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
