**Role & responsibilities** Monitoring of profit levers Margin improvement by suggesting right Product-mix, geo-mix and Segment-mix Analysing Discounts Schemes to drive dealer profitability Documentation of Price approvals Compliance of different price approvals Budget planning Price forecasting **Preferred candidate profile** CA+ 4-8 years experience Strong analytical and financial modeling skill Understanding of pricing, margin structures, and commercial finance Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights Knowledge of cement/construction materials industry (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and MIS tools Strong collaboration and communication abilities
