What you bring - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline - Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, project logistics, or freight forwarding operations - Proven experience supporting project logistics, specialized cargo, or multimodal transportation activities - Strong understanding of Air & Ocean freight forwarding processes, project cargo operations, and supply chain management - Experience managing customer relationships, commercial proposals, and operational coordination activities - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced operational environments - Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen.
