Manager - SAP Platforms & Solutions (SAP HANA)

Job description

Overview - ------- * Experience in developing and debugging reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX * Experience with SQL * Familiarity with Cloud, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure * Familiarity with Security and Compliance standards * Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyse issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA. * For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template. * Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy -- Consult / Execute * Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work. * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization * Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements * Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc. * Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences Responsibilities - --------------- * Resource to be part of PGCS Analytics team. Responsible to analyse reporting demands raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have robust reporting solution. * For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template. * Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the solution before implementation and deploy -- Consult / Execute * Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization * Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see www.agilemanifesto.org): * Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste * Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams Qualifications - ------------- * 7-9 years of IT experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments. * Deep knowledge of HANA XSC and XSA, SQL, SAP BW * Familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms: SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization * Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements * Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, Azure Dev Ops, GitHub, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc. * Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences * Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see www.agilemanifesto.org): * Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste * Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams * SAP HANA/SAP BW - 3 Y in either of them * Power BI: 5Yrs of exp * Microsoft Data Fabric * SAP BOBJ, SDI integration * Functional knowledge of atleast 1 SAP functional Area - FI/SD/MM/TPM/P2P etc
