****Role Description**** To drive and administer effective Security Operations for protection of company assets, crime control and develop a safe and secure working environment at AOR in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ****Skills**** **Skills** - Security Systems Management - Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services. - Fire & Disaster Management- Basics - Technical Convergence for security- Basics - Knowledge of TQM relevant to department - Auditing & basic financial management - High customer orientation - Effective Communication Skills - Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Power point - Analytical skills - Good PR skills - Soft skills **Skills** Full time graduation with - 7 Years’ experience as commissioned officer in Defence service/ Coast Guard/ Paramilitary/ Police. - 7 Years’ experience as Gazetted Service Group A (Asst. Commandant/ Dy.
