Job description

**Role & responsibilities** : - Planning and implementing security policies and procedures for the Company's assets & personnel. - To set new or upgrade existing security system and procedures Risk response mitigation - Liaison with government & law enforcing agencies. - React to security / safety exigencies, carryout liaison with local police staff and file FIR / PC when required as required/ instructed by Reporting Manager. - Review and evaluate security related reports, audits and to conduct follow-up investigations. - Selection, supervision and periodic review of performance of security agencies and its personnel. - Carry out surprise checks at the sites of the contract security persons. - Co-ordination with the inter-dependant sections like technical teams, Safety and HR. - Responsible for the implementation and continuous monitoring of the IMS (Integrated Management System).
