Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in real estate consulting, with a strong command of market assessment methodologies and urban land economics. - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build and audit cash flow models, IRR calculations, and NPV analysis for various asset classes. - Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, executive level presentations and reports that influence strategic business decisions. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate effectively with senior management. - A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in real estate advisory, consulting, or investment analysis. - A postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or Urban Planning is highly preferred.
