Role Overview: **Fibe.India (Formerly EarlySalary)** we are hiring- Lead VKYC. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Video KYC (VKYC) operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless customer onboarding experience. The role involves leading a team of 40–50 associates and Team Leaders, driving performance across key operational metrics including productivity, quality, TAT, SLAs, and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Risk, Quality, Product, and Technology to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvements. The role also focuses on workforce planning, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and develop large operations teams. 2. Manage end-to-end Video KYC operations. 3. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies. 4. Drive productivity, quality, TAT, SLA, and customer experience. 5. Handle stakeholder management across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, Quality, and Technology. 6. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives. Skills Required: 1. VKYC, KYC, AML knowledge 2. RBI compliance 3. Team leadership 4. MIS reporting and Excel 5. Data analysis 6. Stakeholder management 7. Communication and presentation skills Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
