**HRO Solution Lead** **About the role** As an **HRO Solution Lead** , you will make an impact by designing innovative and scalable Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) solutions that address client business needs and drive successful outsourcing engagements. You will be a valued member of the HRO Solutions team and work collaboratively with HR operations, technology, finance, legal, sales, and client stakeholders to develop compelling solutions that differentiate Cognizant in the marketplace. **In this role, you will:** * Lead the analysis of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify business objectives, challenges, and solution opportunities. * Design end-to-end HRO solutions, including operating models, service delivery frameworks, transition approaches, technology enablement, and pricing strategies. * Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, high-quality proposals and solution artifacts. * Develop and present solution blueprints, value propositions, and business cases that clearly articulate client value and competitive differentiation. * Support due diligence activities, client workshops, and oral presentations throughout the pursuit lifecycle while ensuring adherence to internal governance standards. **Work model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, HR consulting, or business process outsourcing environments. * Proven experience leading solution design and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for large-scale HR outsourcing engagements. * Strong understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. * Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **These will help you stand out** * MBA or relevant advanced degree. * Experience supporting global HR outsourcing engagements across multiple geographies. * Knowledge of commercial constructs, pricing methodologies, and business case development. * Familiarity with digital HR solutions, automation platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled HR technologies. * Strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging innovations within the HRO landscape.
