Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute dealer network expansion strategy for **North Delhi**. - Identify potential markets and suitable locations for new Euler dealerships and alternate representation. - Scout, evaluate, and onboard new **Euler dealerships and EARs (Sub-Dealers)**. - Ensure timely outlet activation, dealer manpower availability, and working capital adequacy. - Monitor dealer performance, profitability, and invoicing against AOP targets. - Conduct market intelligence, territory mapping, and competitor analysis. - Drive referral sales through EAR/Sub-Dealer network. - Ensure dealer digital onboarding and adoption of required digital platforms. - Track network KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve business targets. **Preferred Profile:** - Experience in **Automotive / EV / Commercial Vehicle dealership network development**. - Strong experience in dealer acquisition, market expansion, and territory management. - Good understanding of dealer operations, profitability, and sales performance. - Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
