Job description

- Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI). - Drive process improvement, FPY enhancement, and OEE optimization. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems. - Lead ISO audits, documentation control, CAPA, and process validation. - Implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives. - Mentor and manage the engineering team. **Preferred candidate profile** - - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). - **Must have ISO certification (ISO 9001 mandatory; ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 preferred).** - Hands-on experience in handling ISO audits and compliance documentation. - Strong knowledge of SMT processes and high-volume production. - Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
