**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify component requirements and develop specifications for new products or services. - Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and performance metrics. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions. **Job Requirements :** - 8-16 years of experience in automotive industry or related field (casting, component development, forgings). - Strong understanding of machining processes and ability to analyze complex technical data. - Proven track record in vendor development and management.
