K Raheja Corp is hiring to expand its Structural Engineering team **Job Summary** Manager / Senior Manager Structural Design, is responsible for leading the structural design and engineering activities for commercial building projects from concept through construction. The role involves ensuring safe, cost-effective, and code-compliant structural solutions while coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, project management teams, and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the structural design and analysis of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail developments, mixed-use complexes, hotels, Data Centres, and institutional facilities. - Develop structural concepts and design calculations in compliance with applicable codes and standards. - Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications prepared by external consultants. - Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical engineers, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery. - Optimize structural systems for safety, constructability, sustainability, and cost efficiency. - Ensure compliance with local building regulations, design standards, and quality requirements. - Manage structural design schedules, deliverables, and consultant performance to meet project milestones. - Participate in design reviews, value engineering, risk assessments, and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders. - Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical queries during construction. - Support site teams by resolving structural design issues and providing engineering solutions. - Maintain documentation, design records, and project reports in accordance with company procedures. - Drive continuous improvement in design practices, engineering tools, and quality standards. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred). **Experience** - 10–15 years of experience in structural design of building projects. - Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants. - Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, or office developments Experience in working with clients is advantageous but minimum 10 years of design consultancy experience is preferred Location : Airoli (Navi Mumbai)
