We promise to excite you with an opportunity that will “change the game”! **Position Overview:** As the Regional Training Manager at BharatPe, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop engaging training content, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned training professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for employee development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment. **Responsibilities will include** **Functional Knowledge:** - Collaborate with regional teams to identify specific training requirements and skill gaps. - Lead the identification of organization-wide and regional training needs through data analysis, performance insights, and stakeholder discussions. - Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies, including capability-building frameworks, blended learning programs, and leadership development interventions. - Develop and oversee the creation of training content—classroom programs, e-learning modules, and field-based learning resources. - Manage end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring seamless logistics, effective resource planning, and consistent training delivery quality across regions. - Establish robust evaluation mechanisms (Kirkpatrick Model or similar) to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. - Stay abreast of emerging L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization & learning ecosystem. **Problem Solving:** - Analyse regional training needs and tailor programs to address identified gaps effectively. - Conduct periodic training effectiveness reviews and use insights to refine learning programs and methodologies. - Address complex skill gaps by designing targeted interventions tailored to region-specific challenges. - Optimize training resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure maximum ROI and operational efficiency. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training content, delivery methods, and learner engagement using data-backed recommendations. **Interaction:** - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, regional heads, and HR teams to align training initiatives with business priorities and performance management frameworks. - Lead communication and change management efforts to promote training programs and drive adoption across all levels - Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Operations, HRBP, Product, etc.) to integrate training interventions into broader talent development and business plans. - Build and mentor a team of trainers or L&D specialists (if applicable), fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous growth. **To succeed in the role** **Impact** - High visibility with the regional leadership **Challenges &Decisions** - Working in a highly commoditized & competitive landscape **Qualification & Experience (type & industry)** - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or related field. - 6–10+ years (Manager) / 10–12+ years (Senior Manager) of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development roles. - Experience in designing and managing large-scale training programs in fast-paced, multi-location environments. - Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and digital learning tools. **Skills & know-how** - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a commitment to driving results and employee growth. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Project management and budgeting skills - Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities. **Behaviors** - Innovation- Encourage innovative thinking among employees by incorporating interactive and experiential training methods that enhance learning experiences - Results Oriented- Focus on achieving measurable outcomes from training programs, such as improved employee performance, increased knowledge retention, and enhanced productivity. - Continuous Learning- Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, - and best practices to enhance your own skills and knowledge, which you can then share with employees - Optimize training resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure maximum ROI and operational efficiency. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trai
