**Job Title: Manager Staffing :** **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 812 Years **Role Overview:** The Workforce Planning & Resource Management Lead will partner closely with business leaders to ensure optimal staffing across the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for proactive manpower planning, efficient resource redeployment, and seamless onboarding to enable timely project execution and high productivity. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with business and delivery leaders to translate the project pipeline into timely, phase-wise manpower plans, ensuring resources are available ahead of execution milestones. - Lead structured demobilization and redeployment of resources from closing or ramp-down projects to new assignments, minimizing bench time and productivity loss. - Provide clear, forward-looking hiring inputs to Talent Acquisition, including role specifications, hiring timelines, and project-wise deployment readiness. - Track workforce metrics through accurate and timely MIS reporting, including demand–supply, utilization, bench, onboarding status, and deployment readiness. - Drive process improvements in workforce planning, utilization, and deployment efficiency. **Qualifications** - **Education:** B.Tech / MBA / PGDM - **Experience:** 8–12 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, resource management, capacity planning, or related roles **Key Skills & Competencies** - Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills - Experience in project-based or matrix organizations - Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and plan manpower needs - Strong coordination skills across delivery, HR, and talent acquisition teams - Hands-on experience with MIS tracking, dashboards, and workforce analytics
