Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, team structures, and hiring timelines. - Develop and execute hiring strategies for lateral, niche, and leadership mandates aligned with business priorities. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including requisition intake, role calibration, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and closure. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring, business-critical, and hard-to-fill positions through proactive market mapping and relationship-based sourcing. - Leverage multiple sourcing channels effectively, including professional networks, job portals, employee referrals, social platforms, databases, search partners, and direct outreach. - Drive hiring quality by applying structured screening and assessment practices, ensuring strong alignment between candidate capability, role requirements, and organizational fit. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by sharing insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, compensation positioning, and expected time-to-close. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, clear process management, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. - Lead or support employer branding initiatives to improve market visibility and strengthen the organization's position as an employer of choice in the Noida and NCR talent market. - Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and relevant teams on offer approvals, compensation alignment, pre-boarding coordination, and onboarding readiness. - Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, source effectiveness, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratio, time-to-hire, and closure rates. - Use hiring data and trends to identify bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and drive continuous process improvement. - Ensure disciplined usage of applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers, with strong focus on process compliance, documentation quality, and data accuracy. - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search partners, and external hiring channels where applicable, including performance monitoring and cost optimization. - Support diversity-focused hiring efforts by broadening talent pools and promoting fair, structured, and inclusive hiring practices. - Coach interviewers and hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation quality, and timely decision-making. - Contribute to hiring governance, policy adherence, and recruitment audits in line with internal standards and applicable employment practices. - Where required, mentor junior recruiters or coordinate team delivery across multiple open positions and business units. **Qualifications And Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. - Typically 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with strong exposure to end-to-end hiring in fast-paced organizations. - Demonstrated experience managing mid-level to senior-level hiring across multiple functions, with the ability to handle both volume and niche requirements. - Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and candidate assessment practices. - Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.
