**Role Summary** PwC is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Manager – Transport & Logistics Consulting. The role involves advising clients across the infrastructure and logistics value chain, including ports, shipping, multimodal logistics, 3PL, and supply chain ecosystems. The candidate will lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and support business development initiatives, with a strong focus on logistics and digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client Engagement & Delivery** · Lead consulting assignments in logistics strategy, port & shipping advisory, logistics transformation, and multimodal/last-mile connectivity solutions · Drive logistics transformation programs, including network optimization and operational efficiency improvements 2. **Sector Expertise, Logistics & Digital Transformation** · Provide domain expertise across transport infrastructure (roads, rail, ports, logistics parks, warehousing, 3PL) · Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives (network design, cost optimization, supply chain restructuring) 3. **Business Development** · Identify and pursue opportunities in the transport & logistics sector · Develop proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations · Build relationships with government bodies, infrastructure developers, and logistics players · Contribute to thought leadership (whitepapers, industry insights, policy perspectives) 4. **Team Management** · Mentor and manage junior team members · Allocate work, review outputs, and ensure quality and productivity · Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture 5. **Stakeholder Management** · Engage with senior client stakeholders · Manage expectations and ensure strong client relationships · Act as a trusted advisor on strategic and transformation initiatives **Educational Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial / Transport) or equivalent · Preferred: MBA (Finance / Operations / Strategy / Infrastructure Management). **Work Experience:** 5–10 years of relevant experience in: o Consulting firms (preferred) o Infrastructure / transport / logistics organizations (e.g., strategy, business planning roles) · Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle across advisory/consulting assignments · Exposure to transport, logistics, ports, shipping, 3PL, or supply chain sectors · Understanding of project finance, including Infrastructure project structuring, PPP frameworks and funding mechanisms, Financial modeling and investment analysis · Demonstrated experience in logistics transformation and/or digital transformation initiatives within supply chain and transport ecosystems. **Key Skills & Competencies:** · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Expertise in financial modeling and business case development · Understanding of logistics economics and supply chain optimization · Excellent communication and client-facing skills · Ability to operate in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment
