The Team The Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team manages the entire customer value lifecycle - from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. As a Value Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team with diverse backgrounds to identify, frame, and deliver measurable value to customers. The Role As a Value Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Value Engineers and drive end-to-end customer value journeys, including customer acquisition, expansion (ACV growth), adoption, and renewals. You will work closely with Celonis GTM leadership teams and be responsible for the complete value journey for customers within your region or vertical. You will support customers in achieving their strategic goals and realizing significant value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Celonis Executive Team, supporting engagements with strategic customers and senior stakeholders. As a leader in one of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies, you will combine deep process and industry expertise with strong pre-sales and consulting capabilities. You will also help bring AI-driven transformation to the public sector through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Your work will contribute to making public-sector processes more efficient, resilient, and citizen-centric, helping shape a modern, service-oriented state. What You’ll Do Identify & Frame Value for Prospects and Customers • Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal of accounts. • Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence across prospects and customers. • Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives in partnership with sales leadership and Celonis executives. • Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio and position Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform. Create & Scale Value Across the Portfolio • Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey and support the deployment of new features, applications, and products across the customer base. • Drive strategic growth programs focused on value creation and customer success. • Architect improvement initiatives, manage organizational change, and pioneer new methodologies within the Value Engineering organization. • Direct Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources throughout the customer value journey to deliver durable business outcomes. • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor. • Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate outcomes and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders. Grow & Lead Celonis Talent • Recruit and develop the next generation of Celonis Value Engineers while maintaining high standards for talent excellence. • Develop world-class talent through hands-on leadership, continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship. • Lead by example and embody the Celonis Leadership Principles: lead with purpose, facilitate greatness, embrace difference, and cultivate balance. • Effectively allocate resources to achieve company targets related to sales, renewals, customer value, and adoption. • Proactively communicate successes, risks, and opportunities within the organization. Qualifications Domain Expertise • Strong business domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain. • Experience leading strategic transformation initiatives, such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation. • Ability to develop compelling customer value roadmaps. Industry Expertise • Deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite strategic priorities. • Ability to build integrated Process Intelligence roadmaps aligned with customer business goals. Product Expertise • Experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey. • Hands-on ability to demonstrate the value of Process Intelligence by building dashboards, applications, and Action Flows. • Proven ability to accelerate customer value realization. Project Management • Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, deliverables, and timelines effectively. • Experience leveraging partners within the Celonis ecosystem where appropriate. Executive Stakeholder Management • Strong experience preparing and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams. <h
