Why This Role Matters As Manager – Weight Management, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on freight cost optimization, shipment weight accuracy, and carrier compliance across GoKwik's logistics ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and program management, ensuring that logistics processes remain efficient, scalable, and commercially optimized. Your ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence external partners will directly impact operational margins, merchant experience, and business growth. What You'll Own - Lead organization-wide initiatives to improve shipment weight accuracy and standardize weight capture processes across logistics touchpoints. - Own carrier weight audit processes, investigate discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms. - Drive end-to-end program management for weight optimization initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. - Partner with Merchant Success, Product, Finance, Account Management, and Courier Partners to implement scalable operational improvements. - Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs, eliminate revenue leakage, and improve logistics efficiency through process optimization. - Build and maintain dashboards to monitor weight variance, carrier performance, freight spend, and operational KPIs. - Present actionable insights and business recommendations to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. - Establish governance mechanisms, operating cadences, and performance reviews with logistics partners to continuously improve service quality. - Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance operational scalability, automation, and overall business performance. Who You Are - 5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or eCommerce Operations. - Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable business outcomes in high-growth environments. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight billing, courier partner management, and weight audit processes is highly preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners. - Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems using data and structured thinking. - High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
