Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement vehicle dynamics projects from concept to production. • Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failure modes and mitigate risks in brake systems, suspension, and other components. • Collaborate with engineers to design, test, and optimize vehicle performance through simulation tools like DFX (Dynamic Finite Element Method). • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations by conducting thorough testing of vehicles under various conditions. Job Requirements : • 9-16 years of experience in automotive engineering or related field. • Strong understanding of brakes, suspension, vehicle dynamics, and their impact on overall vehicle performance. • Proficiency in DFMEA methodology for identifying potential failures and implementing corrective actions. • Experience working with simulation software such as DFX for analyzing complex problems.
