Job description

Infosys is seeking a **Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant**. As a Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant, you will provide technical expertise to the client and to the Manhattan WMS project team. As a Lead Manhattan WMS Consultant, you need to have a complete understanding of the clients business processes as well as the technical requirements for successful delivery of maintenance and support projects. As a Senior Consultant, you need to ensure the overall delivery excellence with strict adherence to the SLAs and KPI commitments to the client. This includes ensuring the client satisfaction and delight in all deliverables. As a Senior Consultant, you also need to mentor the functional and technical consultants on the project team. **Required Qualifications:** - Experience and expertise in Manhattan WMOS implementation projects - Experience on Manhattan WMOS configurations and set ups. - Should have in-depth knowledge and expertise on end-to-end flows of Manhattan WMOS versions - Expertise on WCS and MHE / third party integrations with WMOS - Knowledge of LM, SCI / Jasper Reports and Labels will be added advantage **Preferred Qualifications** - Total IT experience of around 7-9 years - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS warehouse management system with experience of at least 2 end to end Manhattan WMS end to end implementations. - Should have rich experience working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMOS. - Should have profound experience in MHE integrations, configurations, testing and support - Should have technical experience in PL/SQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting - Rich experience in reviewing the designs with Manhattan, MHE vendors and the client, configuration of workflows, integrations with WCS systems, part of functional unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, go-live and hypercare support - Should have good experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues in configurations, MHE systems, inbound, outbound functional flows and testing the product vendor fixes / enhancements - Should be customer oriented and should be able to lead and guide the crisis calls being initiated to address the DC outages / service degradations - Assist in solving technical & integration problems as and when they arise. - Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines - Excellent communication skills - Should do periodic Status reporting to the project and program leads
