We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. ****Key Responsibilities**** - Required Skills & Qualifications ****Key Responsibilities**** - Manual Test Engineering: Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test scenarios, functional tests, smoke tests, and integration test suites. - V&V Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end Verification and Validation (V&V) activities to confirm that products meet specified engineering requirements and user needs. - Requirement Analysis: Review and analyze system requirements to create structured test cases and executable manual test scripts. - Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, track, and systematically isolate software defects, managing them from discovery to final resolution. - Test Documentation: Prepare, execute, and maintain detailed test reports, test logs, and release verification documentation. - UAT & Release Support: Lead Release Verification Testing and provide critical technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. ****Work Experience**** **Experience** : 13+ years of dedicated experience in Manual Testing and Verification & Validation (V&V) roles. - V&V Expertise: Deep technical mastery of Requirement Analysis, Test Scenario creation, Test Case formulation, and V&V test execution. - Testing Methodologies: Proven background across the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including System Testing, Integration Testing, and Smoke Testing. - Defect Tracking: Strong proficiency in formal defect logging, bug tracking, and tracking metrics for quality assurance reporting.
