Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37207 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - AUTOMOTIVE # **Title:** **Manual Tester - Subcon** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** Job Title: QA Engineer / Senior Test Engineer (Manual & Automation) Experience: 4–6 Years **Technical Skills:** - Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies - Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred) - Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies - Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) - Experience of API testing (Postman/REST) and basic SQL is an added advantage - Experience of SQL and test data management **Soft Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills - Positive attitude, ownership, and a proactive mindset - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail with a focus on quality **Qualifications:** - 4–6 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation) - Proven experience in Selenium-based automation testing
