Manufacturing Network Strategy - Lead

Job description

**Role -** Person would be leading production planning & Short-Range Planning for Manufacturing site at Goa. **Responsibilities** - Leads review of six months capacity load, identifies possible manufacturing constraint and work with GDSO and manufacturing to mitigate constraints - Review demand against budget and rolling forecast - Monthly RCCP against unconstraint demand to workout commits - Detailed production scheduling to ensure level loading based on site bottleneck, and drives site commit adherence to support product demand - Issue weekly resource wise schedule - Reviews and monitors the Manufacturing and Packaging Schedule during scheduling period to ensure schedule supports expected release dates - Co-ordination with quality control/Quality assurance/Warehouse for in-process and finished goods batch release - Anticipates capacity issues due to new product launches and drives corrective actions - Partner with Manufacturing excellence team to drive opportunities for lead time improvement and batch size increases - Implementation of Scheduling software - Program management of site transfer projects/Area change validation - Publish daily report/dashboard **Good knowledge in excel and SAP is must.**
