The BDO RISE Marketing Activation Sr. Specialist role supports the **Market Activation and Knowledge Management** teams by providing direct support on recurring tactics and projects. Job Duties **General Responsibilities Market Activation** - Assist in updating and maintaining market-level templates (e.g., industry placemats and Bio Books) by performing targeted research using the internet, LinkedIn, ChatBDO, and the BDO Market Growth Portal to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Manage reconciliation of market-level marketing budgets by analyzing budget-to-actual data, identifying misallocated expenses, and preparing and submitting reclass requests with appropriate supporting detail to ensure accurate general ledger alignment. - Support the end-to-end invoice process for local market invoices by submitting requisitions, ensuring accurate coding aligned with budget guidance, coordinating with Accounts Payable, and tracking invoices through approval and fulfillment to ensure timely payment. **General Responsibilities Knowledge Management** - Day-to-day processing of incoming bio and headshot requests - Office move address updates on bios - Headshot replacements in bios - Reformatting any remaining portrait bios into landscape - Review Assignments Change Reports (i.e., job title updates, location updates, name changes - Assist with Phase 2, 3 and 4 SharePoint site migration to Unily - SharePoint/Unily site administration duties, including: - Content review reporting and follow-ups - Adding key words to images and articles in Unily and SharePoint libraries - Checking for and fixing broken links in Unily site content - Follow-up on missing Office details (floorplans, photos, meeting room details, etc.) **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - N/A Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities **Education:** - High School Diploma or GED, required - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field, preferred **Experience:** - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal and client service skills - Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented, matrixed environment, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all matters - Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects and processes simultaneously to accomplish desired results - Knowledge of production processes for print and digital materials - Possesses a basic understanding of information architecture principles including master data management, metadata, ontology, taxonomy, and enterprise content management. - Possesses a basic understanding of the enterprise content management and knowledge management models, including enterprise search content aggregation. - Excellent project management skills and organizational skills. - Superior verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm. - Strong interpersonal skills ability to develop meaningful, collaborative, strategic relationships to become a trusted advisor to internal clients. - Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a customer service focus. - Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team environment and manage process and client service to accomplish desired results. - Detail-oriented and ability to effectively proofread all written materials and communications **License/Certifications:** - N/A **Software:** - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required - Solid understanding of SharePoint and/or Unily content management aspects, including content types, site columns, term store, records management and information management policies, preferred **Language:** - N/A Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
