This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics design, and executive communication. You will own the development of scalable measurement frameworks, performance dashboards, and forecasting models, and AI-enabled marketing insights — while ensuring insights are delivered in clear, persuasive stories that drive growth decisions. You will partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science teams to elevate marketing analytical maturity and unlock new growth opportunities through AI. Executive Storytelling & Strategic Narrative • Translate complex performance analyses into clear, compelling executive narratives • Connect marketing activity directly to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term growth • Frame insights around trade-offs, risk, and investment implications • Manage the storytelling for QBRs, board-ready materials, and annual planning cycles • Move discussions from “what happened” to “why it matters” and “what we should do next.” • Simplify ambiguity and conflicting signals into structured, persuasive recommendations Analytics Frameworks & Measurement Strategy • Define and evolve the marketing measurement framework across BDRs, demand generation, digital and field marketing • Establish KPI definitions and performance benchmarks aligned to business outcomes • Lead attribution modeling and full-funnel performance analysis • Develop ROI and contribution models that clearly articulate marketing’s impact • Identify leading indicators that predict pipeline and revenue performance Dashboard Development & Insight Delivery • Own the vision and design of marketing dashboards used by executives and functional leaders • Elevate dashboards from static reporting tools to dynamic performance management systems • Continuously refine visualization standards and storytelling best practices. Analytics Engineering Partnership • Partner with IT and Sales Ops teams to define data requirements and ensure reliable source-of-truth datasets • Provide input on data model design to support attribution, funnel analysis, and forecasting needs • Ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation • Validate data accuracy and measurement consistency across systems • Drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting automation Marketing AI Use Cases & Innovation • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing performance and decision-making <
