Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Eloqua Platform Architecture & Governance - Own the technical administration and governance of Eloqua, including: - Workspaces and partitions strategy - User roles, permissions, and access controls - Standardized program frameworks for repeatable use - Establish and enforce platform governance standards to ensure Audit readiness and compliance - Data Management, Quality & Lifecycle Operations - Define and govern Eloqua data models and field schemas in alignment with CRM and CDP. - Lead data quality initiatives, including: - Data normalization (country/state, job function, titles) - Deduplication logic and merge rules - Enrichment and validation processes - Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues, including sync delays, field mismatches, and submission anomalies. - CRM, CDP & System Integrations - Own the Eloqua CRM integration, ensuring reliable and compliant data flow across: - Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Campaigns - Member statuses and lifecycle progression - Support identity resolution and profile enrichment use cases - Ensure consistent governance of attributes and event data - Manage and monitor API-based integrations, including: Establish monitoring and alerting processes for integration health and failures. - Operational Processes, SOPs & Enablement Design and implement marketing automation operating processes - Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation covering Eloqua - Platform usage standards - Data governance and compliance requirements - Troubleshooting and incident response - Run enablement sessions, office hours, and technical training for marketers, analysts, and adjacent teams. - Project management- experience in Project management using Workfront, managing demand, intake requests and ensuring quality checks. Needs to work with various stakeholders to ensure project completion, liaison with all stakeholders and developers to ensure project is completed on schedule Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Eloqua, including platform administration and technical configuration. • 5+ years overall experience in marketing automation, MarTech operations, or marketing systems. • Strong expertise in: • Eloqua architecture and data models • Field schemas, normalization, and deduplication • Tokens, snippets, and scalable asset design • Solid experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and lifecycle operations. • Experience working with or integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDP). • Proven ability to define and operationalize processes, governance models, and SOPs. • Comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments with formal approvals and audits. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Hands on experience in Eloqua - Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other enterprise CDPs. - Exposure to global, multi-region Eloqua instances. - Background in MarTech Center of Excellence (CoE) models. - Familiarity with attribution frameworks and downstream analytics enablement
