Randstad payroll Job description 5 Days working (Mon- Fri) **Role & responsibilities** Be the SPOC for leading the backend operations of KILs ESG activities BRSR reporting, training portal, carbide recycling program, in addition to database creation through online research, cold calling, data analysis, etc. - Responsible for timely collection of training data, follow-up with respective department stakeholders, entering data into templates for upload on training portal. - Generate enquiries under carbide recycling program from existing KILs database through outbound calling. - Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary data to prepare the BRSR report. - Support the water conservation projects and other sustainability projects as and when necessary. Preferred: - Proven experience working in project operations and outbound calling. Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications excel (formulas, pivot, VLOOKUP etc.), PPT, Outlook. - Prior experience in handling calls with external stakeholders with confidence. - Ability to multitask effectively. - Good written and verbal communication skills
