The candidate will own the complete product narrative for BITS — positioning, messaging and branding — and translate that narrative into demand: product launches, sales enablement, account-based marketing, and executive-level relationships in the market. The candidate will own the go-to-market layer for our priority product and solution lines, identifying opportunities across pricing, packaging, category positioning, and analyst and media relationships. The objective is to ensure BITS becomes the most credible, well-positioned player within its category, with the Finance/ CFO office as a defined and cultivated audience. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the complete product narrative for BITS — govern branding, positioning and messaging across the product portfolio - Lead new product launches end-to-end, including sign-off on public customer references - Own and run the sales enablement system — content, positioning, and readiness for field and inside sales - Lead Account-Based Marketing — 1:1 and 1:Few — across our target group and offerings - Execute multi-city, customer-facing BITS IPs and Roundtables - Own the CFO office relationship through 3rd party and media contacts - Partner with product and sales leadership to convert market and competitive insight into positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans - Build and govern the analyst relations programme — securing category and peer placement for BITS products - Run win/loss intelligence as an ongoing discipline, feeding findings back into roadmap and messaging **Required Skills & Experience** - Must have a structured marketing approach to solving business problems, and have handled a software / SaaS product portfolio end-to-end - 4P experience (Product, Price, Placement and Promotion) — tiering, monetisation models, willingness-to-pay research - Category design experience — has built the market frame for a niche or emerging product, not just brand stewardship of an established one - Analyst relations experience for a software category (Gartner/Forrester-style peer placement) - Has run win/loss intelligence as a discipline, feeding roadmap and messaging - Product-qualified growth literacy — trial/demo-to-paid conversion, usage-based signals, full-funnel construct - CFO / economic-buyer narrative fluency — can translate product capability into risk and P&L language - Has built sales enablement as a system tied to CRM stages and pipeline attribution, not a deck library - Multi-stakeholder ABM orchestration experience — 1:1 and 1:Few — across sales, CS and marketing - 16+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise product marketing, with a significant portion spent on software or SaaS portfolios **Preferred Experience** Experience with tools and disciplines such as: - Analyst relations and briefing management (Gartner, Forrester, IDC or category-equivalent) - ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase or equivalent intent/account-orchestration tools - CRM and marketing automation — Dynamic 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent, with pipeline/attribution reporting - Pricing and packaging research methods — Van Westendorp, conjoint analysis or equivalent willingness-to-pay frameworks - Executive and CFO-office communication — board-style narrative and financial storytelling
