Role As a Consultant at Bridgegap, you will own critical workstreams or entire project modules, working directly with clients to solve business problems and drive growth. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market, competitor, and category analysis. ● Opportunity Identification: Identify growth levers, expansion opportunities, and inefficiencies. Execution & Operational Excellence ● Implementation Planning: Translate strategy into actionable execution roadmaps. ● Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and track execution against targets. ● Problem Solving: Use hypothesis-driven approaches to refine strategies dynamically. ● Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal and client teams to drive execution. Stakeholder Management & Leadership ● Client Engagement: Interact with clients for updates, insights, and alignment. ● Team Mentorship: Guide Analysts and ensure quality of outputs. ● Collaboration: Work closely with managers and senior leadership. ● Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals and client discussions. Collaboration & Team Contribution ● Cross-Team Coordination: Work with analysts and managers to deliver integrated outputs. ● Brainstorming Participation: Contribute ideas during internal problem-solving discussions. ● Continuous Learning: Build domain understanding across industries and consulting methodologies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Skills & Competencies Core Consulting Capabilities ● Structured problem-solving (MECE mindset). ● Strong business acumen and analytical rigor. ● Project and workstream management.
