Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support CRM operations and digital marketing initiatives , with a focus on data management, campaign execution, and content coordination . The role involves managing customer databases and executing targeted communication strategies across channels. Key Responsibilities • Execute merge-purge activities to maintain accurate and deduplicated customer databases • Plan and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns in alignment with business objectives • Coordinate and manage digital content across CRM and marketing channels • Support audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution using CRM tools • Monitor campaign performance and generate basic reports and insights • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 5-8 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms and CRM tools • Strong understanding of customer data management and segmentation • Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with a fashion or retail brand • Exposure to catalogue management in a fashion/e-commerce setup • Familiarity with tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage , or similar platforms Expertise on: Digital marketing, Campaign Management, Ad Serving, Digital Strategy, LinkedIn & Google Ads ,SEO Expertise, Strategic Digital Plans, Email Campaign and Data Analytics:
