**Job Purpose:** As the Member of the Marque Rides team for Royal Enfield, you will report to the Lead of Marquee Rides. You will contribute to the rides and events in the “ride pure” and “ride-more” (branded) category and help in delivery which will include conceptualisation, planning, implementation and closures. You will work with an objective to enhance the engagement with existing and potential customers and increase brand advocacy through superlative experiences. **Position Overview:** Location: Chennai Position Title: Deputy Manager Reports to: Manager Function: Brand **What you’ll do:** Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. 1. Make a meaningful contribution to the current "ride pure" and "ride-more"(branded) events and headline rides. 2. Create and develop fresh experiences and attractions for "ride pure" and "ride-more"(branded events), implement the trial, and turn the project into a playbook. 3. Make briefs for each ride that include information about the ride's nature, strategy, target audience, schedule, and other necessary elements for campaign development, communication, promotion, and operation. 4. Oversee the entire campaign, from conception to distribution. Balance revenue and expenditure by following all defined SOP’s 5. Establish a network of organizations, suppliers, and travel agents. 6. Compose a ride report, examine and improvise. 7. Be a responsible person, employee, and rider in all situations. 8. Respond to unforeseen situations efficiently and effectively. 9. Complete program management before, during, and after an activity. 10. Accountable & responsible for achieving defined targets. **What you'll bring:** **Experience:** - 6-8 years of overall experience (motorcycle / auto / Mountaineering consumer-focused industry) with 3 years of experience managing Outdoor events/ activities. - Proven experience in leading motorcycle tours or similar activities. - Strong knowledge of local and regional routes and attractions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. - First aid certification (preferred). - Basic mechanical skills for motorcycle maintenance (preferred). - Strong project management skills and experience in handling micro & macro groups. **Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) Communications or related streams **Why work with us?** We are a global leader in middleweight motorcycles (250-750cc), operating in 80 countries.
