TCS Walk-in at Bangalore- Yeshwanthpur Date- 25-Jul-26 JD * Must have total 6 years in IT and 4 years of hands-on experience working as a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer on production implementations. * Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP -- data modeling, workflows, business rules, business actions, privilege rules, Web UI configuration, and STEP Workbench. * Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) Integration Endpoints, background processes, and event processors. * Solid programming skills in JavaScript (for STEP Business Rules) and Java for custom extensions, plugins, and integration components. * Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations. * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. * Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts -- data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match \& merge, survivorship, syndication, and data stewardship -- across product, customer, supplier, or location domains. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components. * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
