Material Coordinator - Off Role

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Convert Starserv Material Requests (MRs) into SAP MRs. - Coordinate with SDEs, AMs, RPCs, field engineers, logistics, and planning teams for timely material issuance and dispatch. - Track material movement, GITs, RMRs, and ensure closure of pending transactions. - Follow up on defective material returns and coordinate repairs with authorized vendors. - Monitor open MRs, PRs, sales status, stock availability, and non-moving inventory. - Maintain approved Material Stock Lists (MSL) and optimize inventory based on demand. - Prepare weekly and bi-weekly MIS reports (MR Status, UFO, L4/L5 reports). - Conduct monthly RPC visits and support issue resolution related to SAP, logistics, and material planning. **Requirements:** - Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in Material Coordination, SAP MM, Inventory Management, or Logistics. - Working knowledge of SAP MM and MS Excel. - Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
