Job Responsibilities • Work on incidents and service requests • Job monitoring and fixes • Work on enhancements and developments of workflows Qualifications • 5+ years of experience working in Matillion • Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts • Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skills • Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management • Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
