Matrixx CCS Support Analyst

Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - **Develop and configure MATRIXX solutions for real-time charging, rating, and balance management.** - **Implement 5G CCS/CHF functions including Nchf and SBA integrations.** - **Develop 4G OCS features (Diameter Ro, rating groups, service classes).** - **Work with Product Catalog, Pricing Engine, Wallet Models, and JSON rules.** - **Build REST API integrations with BSS/OSS, CRM, and orchestration systems.** - **Configure subscriber lifecycle flows and entitlement logic.** - **Integrate with network elements using Diameter, HTTP/2, and 5G SBA APIs.** - **Troubleshoot real-time charging flows and performance issues.** - **Support upgrades, cluster scaling, and performance tuning.** **Required Skills** - **58 years in MATRIXX CCS/OCS development.** - **Strong knowledge of 5G CCS/CHF, 4G OCS, Diameter Ro.** - **Expertise in rating logic, wallet models, JSON/JOLT rules.** - **Skilled in Java/Python/Shell scripting.** - **Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.** - **Knowledge of Diameter, HTTP/2, Cassandra/PostgreSQL.** **Good to Have** - **Experience with 5G SA/NSA.** - **Policy (PCF/PCRF) integrations.** - **TM Forum APIs.** - **Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.** - **Knowledge of CRM, Billing, and BSS systems.** **Soft Skills** - **Strong analytical and communication skills.** - **Ability to work in fast-paced telco environments.** - **Ownership mindset.**
