**Zensar Technologies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Treasury Experienced personal to join our team in Kharadi, Pune!** **Key Qualifications:** - **MBA (Finance)** - **3–7 years of relevant experienc** e **Treasury & Cash Management** - Assist in **daily cash positioning** , fund planning, and bank balance monitoring - Prepare **short-term cash flow forecasts** and variance analysis - Support optimization of **working capital** (receivables, payables coordination) **Banking & Loan Management** - Coordinate with banks for **day-to-day treasury operations** - Track **loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest servicing** - Assist in **documentation, renewals** , and compliance of bank facilities (OD/CC/LC/BG) **Forex & Risk Management** - Monitor **foreign exchange exposures** (imports, exports, loans) - Execute and track **FX forward contracts** as per policy - Ensure adherence to **RBI / FEMA regulations** **Accounting & Compliance** - Pass and review accounting entries for **borrowings, interest, forex transactions** - Ensure timely **bank reconciliations and confirmations** - Support **statutory, internal, and bank audits** related to treasury **Reporting & MIS** - Prepare **treasury MIS** , cash flow statements, and liquidity reports - Support management with **monthly finance and treasury dashboards** **Process Improvement** - Assist in **treasury process automation** and ERP-related activities - Maintain strong **internal controls** within treasury operations **Key Skills & Competencies** - Sound knowledge of **Treasury, Banking & Cash Flow Management** - Basic understanding of **FX hedging instruments** - Working knowledge of **RBI/FEMA guidelines** - Strong **Excel skills** (cash flow models, reconciliations, MIS) - Exposure to **ERP systems** (SAP / Oracle preferable) **Please go through the company details** : https://www.zensar.com/ Share your profiles: sayantani.ghosh@zensar.com
