* Mechanical Engineer with strong Industrial Experience in Simple and Combine cycle power plant system engineering with Gas Turbine BoP's (Raw \& Demin water, Gas \& Liquid fuel and effluent systems, P\&ID, Piping, fuel, Firefighting water \& Demin tank design criteria, water balance diagram, line, valve \& utility list). * Deep technical understanding of multi-fuel applications (Natural Gas, LPG, Butane, etc.). * Technical bid evaluations and identifying commercial/technical gaps * Bachelor's/Mater Degree in Mechanical Engineering **Job Description** **ITO Scope:** 1. Interpret customer specifications to define the technical scope for Aeroderivative plant tenders. 2. Perform detailed analysis of major cost drivers; develop preliminary Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to support competitive pricing strategies. 3. Identify technical risks during the tender phase and propose mitigation strategies to protect the project margin. 4. Solicit and evaluate preliminary supplier offers for major plant items, ensuring technical alignment with standard plant models. 5. Partner with the Sales team to develop conceptual plant strategies, plot plans, and 3D visualizations for customer presentations. 6. Proficiency in estimating mechanical BoQs for gas power plants. 7. Experience in technical bid evaluations and identifying commercial/technical gaps. 8. Ability to translate high-level customer requirements into technical scope documentation. **OTR Scope:** 1. Responsible for the Conceptual \& detail design for Skid mechanical BoP (Raw water, Demin water, Gas fuel system, Liquid fuel system, firefighting system and effluent systems) for Gas Turbines plants. 2. Develop and manage mechanical Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and detailed mechanical specifications for all plant subsystems. 3. Lead the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotationfor major plant components, including mechanical and electrical balance-of-plant (BoP) equipment. 4. Conduct rigorous technical evaluations of supplier proposals, ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements, design codes. 5. Manage the production of final project deliverables, including P\&IDs, General arrangement, Piping Material Specifications, and valve/instrument schedules. 6. Manage the procurement cycle for major plant items, including issuing Requests for Quotation, technical bid tabulation, and rigorous vendor document review. 7. Experience in Gas Turbine in Aeroderivative/ oil and gas/ power sector. 8. Responsible for Project handover, customer kickoff meeting, Vendor kickoff meeting and all technical related supports. 9. Develop/customize the GT plant Plot plan, P\&ID, General arrangement, installation/assembly drawing, lifting/shipping drawing for gas turbine Blace of Plants systems and sub-systems. 10. Should be able to provide support with the preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification. 11. Prepare Requests for Quotation for major plant items, perform technical bid evaluations, and manage supplier coordination throughout the project lifecycle. 12. General arrangement for Raw \& Demin water system, Gas \& Liquid fuel system, effluent \& black start systems. 13. design criteria for Fuel tank, Demin water tank, Raw water tank and Firefighting water tank. 14. Provide on-site technical office support during installation, startup, and commissioning phases, ensuring field activities align with design documentation. 15. Manage the redlining process for all engineering drawings (P\&IDs, General Arrangements, installation drawing) during construction and commissioning. 16. Ensure that field-modified designs are captured in real-time by site teams and translated into updated engineering documents. 17. Manage the review and approval Vendor Drawings/documents. 18. Track supplier manufacturing progress and delivery timelines, identifying potential delays that impact the site installation schedule. 19. Experience in coordinating with stakeholders (internal \& suppliers) to make decisions on design changes/iteration and drive for modular design approach in line to program schedule. 20. Coordinate with EPC contractors and cross-functional engineering disciplines (Electrical/Controls/Design) to ensure seamless system integration 21. Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control, and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution. 22. Conduct root cause analysis for any mechanical Non-Conformance Reports and oversee the containment and resolution process 23. Ensure all mechanical design work meets applicable codes (e.g., ASME, PED, CE Mark) and fuel-specific requirements (Natural Gas, LPG, etc.). 24. Personnel are encouraged to utilize AI tools for document compliance checking and productivity tracking. All AI-generated outputs must undergo rigorous human review and verification
