Job description

- Identification of asset maintenance performance issues and improvement opportunities. - Conducting and participating in Root cause analysis for major performance issues and failures. - Formulating Corrective & Preventive Actions / action plans based on root cause analysis. Facilitating and Monitoring for implementation. - Identifying areas of horizontal replication for Corrective & Preventive Actions across AIL and monitoring for implimentation. - Identifying SMEs for high impact and repetative maintenance performance issues and getting insights on rootcause and wayforward. - Identifying high asset maintenance cost areas, possible solutions and implimentation for cost optimization. - To train and Develop People for Asset maintenance performance review, improvement and rootcause analysis. - To explore best industrial practices related to asset management & corrosion control, check their relevance & practicality with AIL requirement & work towards execution. - Extend support to mechanical teams related to technical & system aspects as & when required.
