**- Responsible for Implementation of Mechanical Integrity Plan for Static Equipment of designated area** **- Responsible for Mechanical Integrity Checks / Health Check of Static Equipment as per Frequency?** **- Responsible for Inspection of Equipment during Shutdown / Breakdown opportunities and provide recommendations** **- Responsible for Identifying the Corrosion Damage Mechanisms in Frequent Failure Equipment / Piping** **- Responsible for Coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) for Frequent Failure Recommendations** **- Responsible for Action is Taken as per QC Recommendations Report Preparation / Sharing with Stake Holders?** **- Accountable for timely updation of all equipment related information for designated area** **- Implement Approve Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) / Inspection Testing Plans (ITP) for purchased Mechanical Assets** **- Ensure work allocation and planning for reporting team as per business and customer requirement** **- Responsible for monitoring and reporting vendor performance and quality of purchased goods and services** **- Ensure reporting team is trained about all possible emergency scenario and equipped to handle it in safe manner** **- Participate? in mock drills and share mock drill observation to reporting team** **- Responsible for inculcating "safety first" behaviour in reporting to ensure ""zero safety incidents?** **- Ensure that Behaviour Based Safety Observation Rounds are practiced by the team members? ?** **- Responsible for timely audits and review of incoming mechanical assets at different stages of project/MOC** **- Responsible for implementation of quality systems and inspections at project/MOC sites? ? ? ??** **- Ensure quality Inspection of Incoming Material / Mechanical Assets at time of GRN creation** **- Ensure Quality Inspection of key Mechanical Equipments (FAT) for projects/MOC at Vendor's Workshops** **- Ensure Timely Coordination with TPI Vendors for Stage Wise Inspection Calls for Equipment Fabrication** **- Responsible for auditing installation ( as per the installation guidelines) of existing and new mechanical equipments during construction phase** **- Ensure GFR Compliance - Testing of Pressure Vessel, PSV Testing, Lift/Hoist and Lifting Tools for Gujarat Factory Act** **- Responsible for Issuing PR, PO/SWO and Clearing Bills of Testing Agencies / Business Partners on Time** Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
