Job description

**Must-Have:** - Handson experience with Nokia Mediation (EventLink 7.x, Data Refinery 19.x or newer). - Strong knowledge of telecom data flows: CDR, UDR, IPDR, mediation pipelines, charging/billing data paths. **Good-to-Have:** - Knowledge of Kafka ecosystem, Ansible/Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins). **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:** - Operations & Monitoring - Incident Management (L2/L3 Support) - Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution - Integration & Platform Support
