**MUST-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - **Hands****on experience with Nokia Mediation (EventLink** **7.x, Data Refinery 19.x or newer).** - **Strong knowledge of telecom data flows: CDR, UDR, IPDR, mediation pipelines, charging/billing data paths.** **Role & responsibilities** **Good-to-Have** - **Knowledge of Kafka ecosystem, Ansible/Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins).** **Preferred candidate profile** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** **1** Operations & Monitoring **2** Incident Management (L2/L3 Support) **3** Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution **4** Integration & Platform Support
