Let's build the future together, from right here in Chennai** **Job Description:** **Role: SAP ABAP** **Skill: SAP ABAP** **Experience: 4+** **Location: Chennai** We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong technical expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP development, Object-Oriented ABAP, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and SAP integrations across ECC and S/4HANA environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP developments. - Create and enhance ABAP Objects, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF). - Develop and maintain: - Classical Reports - Interactive Reports - ALV Reports - Module Pool Programming - Smart Forms - SAP Scripts - Adobe Forms - Develop interfaces using IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, RFCs, OData Services, and Web Services. - Implement User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework solutions. - Work on Data Dictionary objects, Function Modules, and ABAP Objects. - Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization. - Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects. - Prepare technical specifications and unit test documents. **Required Skills** - Strong experience in SAP ABAP development. - Expertise in: - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF) - ALV Reporting - Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms - BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, ALE - User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs - Data Dictionary and Function Modules - Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP. - Experience in SAP HANA performance optimization and ABAP on HANA. - Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services. - Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, and HCM. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 integration. - Experience in Workflow development. - Exposure to SAP Gateway and REST APIs. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
