Let's build the future together, from right here in Hyderabad.** **Job Description:** **Role: SAP MM** **Skill: SAP MM, IS Retail** **Experience: 7+** **Location: Hyderabad** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** • Should have minimum 8 years in SAP SD Implementation • At least experience of 2 end to end implementation • Good experience in SAP ECC or S4HANA SD as a functional Consultant. • Experience in S/4HANA SD implementation • Experience in Conditional contracting and rebate process • Should have experience in integration with other components with SAP ECC - SD and FI, PS Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies. • Leading workshops, defining requirements and proposing solutions • Experience in Inter-company billing process • Experience in SAP Retail is an added advantage • Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and in the offshore/onsite model. • Sap SD, FI and MM integration experience • Business Partner Customer Vendor integration • Document the solution, prepare training materials/user guides, • Support data migration. • Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution · Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP SD configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transport to production and post-go live support **Good-to-Have** · Responsible for QA reviews for deliverables by offshore team · Responsible for Key User Training and supporting End User Training by business/3rd parties. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:** 1 Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, thinking through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines 2 Design & Deliver the program in ACTIVATE methodology 3 Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility 4 Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality **Minimum Qualification:** 15 years of full-time education.
