**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **Mendix Developer** to design, develop, test, and deploy low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that support business processes and digital transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Create microflows, nanoflows, domain models, pages, and integrations within Mendix. - Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services. - Develop reusable components and modules to improve development efficiency. - Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards. - Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for Mendix development. - Manage application deployment, monitoring, and support in cloud environment. - Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment procedures. - Stay updated with Mendix platform releases. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5- 7 years of experience in Mendix application development - Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix development methodologies. - Experience with microflows, domain modeling, forms, widgets, and Mendix security. - Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and database concepts. - Knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - Mendix Rapid Developer, Intermediate Developer, or Advanced Developer Certification. - Experience with Java customization and Mendix Marketplace components. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Mendix Cloud. - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management. **Technical Skills** - Mendix Studio Pro - Microflows & Nanoflows - Domain Modeling - REST/SOAP APIs - SQL - Java (preferred) - JavaScript, HTML, CSS (basic to intermediate) - Agile/Scrum - Cloud Deployment (AWS/Azure/Mendix Cloud) **Soft Skills** - Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Collaboration and teamwork - Strong communication skills - Adaptability and continuous learning - Time management and multitasking
