Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Act as a SPOC in delivering multiple Infra Projects within the Timeline & Budget. 2. Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external stakeholders. 3. Design validation of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings and specifications. 4. Ensure proper Safety & Quality of execution work at sites. 5. Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process. 6. Review, certify measurements & Sign off vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, Submission of Provisions, Bills, and Closure of PO as per Contract. 7. Value addition in Project cost & timeline management. **Preferred candidate profile** Skills : Project Management, AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, Google Sheets, Good Written & Verbal communication. Six Sigma / Project Management certified candidates preferred. Note: Should be conformable with frequent traveling and deputation at Project sites as per business requirements.
