**MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) - PMC Project** **Position:** MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) **Location:** Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh **Industry:** Construction / Project Management Consultancy (PMC) **Experience Required:** 8+ Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced **MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)** to join our PMC team for a large-scale construction project in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost management, billing verification, contract administration, and monitoring of MEP works to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs. - Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. - Verify contractor bills, RA bills, and final accounts. - Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports for management. - Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional works. - Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking. - Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams. - Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications. - Assist in procurement activities and vendor evaluations for MEP packages. - Track project progress and reconcile quantities executed versus billed. - Support claim management, contract administration, and dispute resolution. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - 8+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying for commercial, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects. - Experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects is preferred. - Strong understanding of MEP systems, estimation, costing, billing, and contracts. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off methodologies. - Knowledge of IS standards, construction practices, and contract management. **Desired Skills** - Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation - Cost Estimation & Cost Control - Contractor Billing & Certification - Variation & Claims Management - Contract Administration - Vendor & Procurement Management - Strong Analytical and Negotiation Skills - Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management **Why join Cushman & Wakefield?** As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from it. - Being part of a growing global company. - Career development and promotion from within culture. - An organization committed to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
