Job Title : Meraki SDWAN Support Engineer (L2/L3) Skills : Networking , SDWan, Meraki Exp : 6 to 12years. **Key Responsibilities:**Provide L2/L3 support for Meraki SDWAN and associated network and security solutions in an enterprise production environment. The role involves troubleshooting, BAU support, incident/problem handling, and coordination with SOC and cloud security teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and manage Citrix NetScaler solutions with advanced Content Switching configurations. - Provide L3-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex application delivery and load balancing issues. - Configure and optimize NetScaler for high availability, SSL offloading, and traffic management. - Collaborate with application and security teams to ensure secure and efficient traffic flow. - Maintain and update Netbox for network documentation, inventory, and IP address management. - Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of ADC infrastructure. - Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation. - Mentor L1/L2 engineers on Citrix NetScaler best practices and advanced configurations. **Required Skills & Expertise** - Strong fundamentals in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPNs) - Hands-on experience with Meraki SDWAN solutions - Experience with firewalls and web security technologies - Good understanding of SASE/SSE architectures and Zero Trust concepts - Hands-on experience with Cisco Umbrella or equivalent SASE solutions - Knowledge of SAML, SSO, and identity-based access controls - Experience working in enterprise BAU/Production support environments - ITIL process awareness (Incident, Problem, Change Management) - Experience working in 247 or global support models - Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications (Citrix Certified Professional – Networking, CCNP preferred). - Strong communication and documentation skills.**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
