**Job Description-** **Item Ops-** • Own end-to-end item setup and product data management across Kroger systems. • Ensure high data quality through validation, governance, and compliance standards. • Oversee processing of high-volume item maintenance, modifications, and support tickets. • Drive improvements in item setup processes and system efficiency. • Ensure alignment between item data, assortment decisions, and digital availability. **Demand Planning Delivery-** • Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Kroger Manufactured Products and General Merchandise items aligning with merchandising strategy. • Drive forecast accuracy by incorporating sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand patterns. • Review and approve forecast adjustments based on business changes such as assortment shifts and supply disruptions. • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consensus-driven demand plans. • Monitor KPIs and provide governance on forecast performance and variances.
